Let me put it this way: Do you sell a technology, service or program to dental offices? Thinking to yourself... ok, I'll hire the medical sales rep with zero experience in dental versus the dental rep who has sold burs and restorative materials because it's a "complex sale" and the medical device person has been successful in ... just that...medical devices to medical offices, and the dental rep is selling "small items" to dentists.
The odds are that 85% of the time .... the dental rep who sold burs becomes the better rep for you!

I offer several agreement options -- customized to what works for you. Most of these are contingency based and some options would include discounts on compensations if you also are packaging other aspects of working with me at the Dental Sales Academy (training programs, M & A consulting, private business development, market research, etc.). We can also offer a FLAT annual rate if your want to work with us exclusively OR you have multiple positions you want us to fill and don't want to pay "per" hire.
