- Speaking/training your NEW hires at their ORIENTATION! -- Here's the bottom line...most companies do a GOOD (if not great) job teaching their sales reps about their products (as well as the competitor's products)! And, my experience has been that both company execs and sales reps admit later on that they wish they also included, right at the very beginning, a program to their new team members like my "How to Sell to Dental Offices" program! There is an EASY SOLUTION here! If you hold one, or several, orientations each year that are anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks, bring me in for 1-2 days and have me work with them on understanding WHY DENTISTS BUY! You teach them your products, I teach them the psychology of how dentists, and dental offices, think! WIN-WIN!

- MARKET RESEARCH / CUSTOMIZED surveys: so you can better understand what dentists already know, don't know, or want in regards to your company, products, or potential expansion ideas! I can offer something here that can be VERY VALUABLE to you! I have an already established, committed group of almost 500 of my colleagues, from all over North America (so it's a nice cross--section of dental offices) that have already agreed to answer SHORT surveys from me on a regular basis. Many companies hire "outside" marketing firms to do this, and what they get is a very low response rate in return for their efforts (and what you spend)! This is simply because those companies are not "on the inside"...dentists don't know them, don't trust them, and/or the surveys are too long (and being entered in a raffle for a gift card ain't gonna cut it!) I am well networked and connected within the industry AND I am one of them...a dentist whom they know is in marketing and sales, AND I have also promised two things to do them...the surveys are 3-5 questions only (and about 2 minutes to complete) and they are anonymous so no one can bother them or "buy the list" from me. So....if you want to get some real information, I'm your guy! I work with you on creating the 3-5 questions, I put it out and compile the results, and I send it to you with a REPORT, EVALUATION, and SUMMARY of the findings! I can do 1 or multiple surveys (spread out over several months) for you!
- Rate (Evaluate) your ads or marketing materials! -- Let's face it...it is EXPENSIVE advertising to dental professionals. Even if you've already "figured out" where you want to market, understanding what MIGHT BE EFFECTIVE is another thing! I've seen MANY companies decide to invest in a full page ad in 10 dental publications...the same ad...and run it for 12 months. Add up the numbers and you may be spending $500,000 to $1,000,000 on this one ad! And, while it may look creative and informative, and "should be' effective, it is striking out in terms of response. Wouldn't it be nice to have a MUCH BETTER IDEA ahead of time as to whether something you are about ready to send over to the publications is going to produce for you! I might be able to save you a significant amount of money and help you "get it right" up front! Simply send me over what you have and I will evaluate it for you, and then work with your marketing team (if necessary) to revise or tweak it, based on what I know works! And, I have some "shocking" info for you --stats and survey results -- about dentists' behavior when it comes to ads---that you absolutely need to know!
